Sample.IntegrationTests hang the appveyor build #16

I posted a message on the appveyor forums to see if anyone there can help.

And another one on stack exchange... I'm not expecting much response though. Probably it requires an experiement with a Virtual Box VM eventually. For the time being I've disabled running integration tests on appveyor so we'll have to run these locally before pushing builds to GitHub or merging into master :-(
