To reproduce: go to a YouTube video (example) with prewritten captions (not autogenerated captions, those seem fine) and toggle the speed to 2x using the ` key. You should see the captions lag behind the video.
Note that this behavior does not happen when setting the speed to 2x using the YouTube settings gear.
