Model Selection Mode

Create interface for users to select a model to use in the timed challenge. Components:

• model choices
• possibly a blurb into what the model was trained on. Model names are arbitrary but should be consistent between runs
• A button to try out the models in free mode
• a home button
• a button to confirm the selection/ enter the timed challenge
