when there are \\ in the FE variable names, and \addlinespace gets added...
annoying that I can't (yet) combine two FE into one FE indicator (year and city FEs)

fixed the FE combo thing by deduplicating the output. but that could break a few different ways...

the \\ in the FE problem was easy to fix. just replace only \\$
