Once I figure out tidyeval (https://speakerdeck.com/lionelhenry/programming-in-the-tidyverse), make this much simpler

For example, when making a summary column, would be nice to just give age > 45 rather than the BS I have now. Similarly for differencing the two means, maybe there's another simple structure.
