function tooltip of any source don't work in chrome,safari and explorer #279

The only browser that work the tooltip is in firefox. I think it has to be something you relate to the event mouse wheel or another. PD: The tag where the function is placed tooltip is a link.

If someone has already experienced I appreciate your comments.

Can you provide a demo code for your problem? It would be easier to debug that way.
