Consider a version without jQuery #315

Strange as it may sound, nanoScroller is the only plugin left in our project which still has a reference to jQuery. And we are keeping it this way since nanoScroller is the most adequate scrolling plugin I have encountered for the last years. It would be really cool if you had a version without jQuery dependency as well. What do you think?

This would be a cool idea. I think it's possible. But I haven't been able to participate in the recent development of nanoscroller due to my day job. :+1: from me as well hah
