How to implement lazy-load images #326

Hello James,

I tried to use this library for lazy-load images - https://github.com/Pentiado/angular-lazy-img, but its not working with nanoScroller, i think that the reason is because the native scroll is disabled. Do you have any idea how to deal with that ?
