Highlight ELO ATH and ELO ALT on the graph #129

Would be cool to see the all time high and all time low "nodes" highlighted in colour on the ELO graph

You can pretty much eyeball it with the way we have it now though, but a red or green little dot or line (to see how close you're getting to your prev ATH or ATL) could be pretty to see
