add scale bar #120

It would be great to be able to add a scale bar to the tree for publication figures.

This exists in phylocanvas. @simonrharris perhaps you could ask @richardgoater about how to do this.

Hello, I have a question. I add the scale bar in the FigTree without problems but when I save it as .nwk and pass to phandango it is not displayed. How can I do not to lose the scale bar? Thanks in advance Karina
