Scoary gwas output #135

Hi,

I have the scoary gwas output and I was wondering if it is possible to add it to the phandango browser. If I cannot add it directly, any suggestion on how to convert it into a plink format file?

I'm not familiar with scoary files, but phandango can handle plink (and plink-like) formats (see https://github.com/jameshadfield/phandango/wiki/Input%20data%20formats#manhattan-plots) so if it's possible to convert into this format you should be able to drag&drop it on as a normal input for phandango.
