How can I color the branches of the tree directly as in the example? #141

Just like the first example in the example page in phandango:Gubbins + BRAT NextGen I try to use the example file ,but the branches of tree were not colored. I looked up the article directly, but I didn't see any description of the drawing method and anything about phandango.

I would like to ask the method to generate a figure like that. whether it is necessary to combine other tools to color branches of tree?

I also try to color the tree in ITOL and combine the figure with figure of recombination blocks. But I have hundred of samples, and the order of branches were not the same, so I can't combine the two figure generate by ITOL/figtree and Phandango directly. So I hope I can ask you for the method.

emmm, it seems that ,figtree generate the same order of branches with phandango. So I Just color the branches in figtree, And to combine the figures use AI. But I still would like to ask if there is any other way to color the branches in phandango.
