meatdata does not appear #148

Doc1.docx why Metadata does not appear as coloured blocks when using Phandango to exhibit the result of Roary? THey are totally missing. COuld you please help me to figure out the reason?

I suspect the issue is similar to #147 - can you double check your strain names in the tree and CSV files are identical?
