Text resolution poor #15

Text looks blurry on screen for gubbins and annotation blocks. Is this to do with css?

@simonrharris I think it is again the canvas width issue.

@jyothishnt then how do we fix this? Currently canvas width===css width, so it should be as clear as it's ever going to get...
