• annotation parsing is from the csv file as well as the block parsing
• output is similar to https://github.com/sanger-pathogens/Roary/blob/master/contrib/roary_plots/roary_plots.py
• gene reordering [not yet]
• plot is the same as gubbins

Working (with minor tweaks needed) as of commit 27ce9f4

Still to do:

• [x] Y axis of plot to show %
• [x] clicking on block shows relevent info (not gubbins info!)
• [x] clicking on block highlights vertical column
• [x] annotation doesn't update after re-sorting
