Clear data button for each panel and clear all data button #89

Add buttons to clear the data from each panel in the setting page and a clear all (trashcan icon?) in the tab bar. Currently if you open data in all panels and then want to open a second dataset which doesn't include blocks/genome, for example, the old blocks remain.
