Bootstrap 4 no longer ships with glyphicons support.

Consider switching to github octicons: https://primer.style/octicons/

JK, they're just called icons now and are a different set. Probably use these:

Basically just need to do a global search for "glyphicon" and replace them with similar bootstrap icons (see link above). Not super urgent. Make sure to double check that it looks ok on the front end and that the vertical-align is ok.
