Update documentation #31

Change from XSSF to SXSSF
Document the breaking changes going to 1.0
- The change from XSSF -> SXSSF
- The change from Groovy 2.4 -> 2.5
Document how to manage the page size with the SXSSF workbook

@jameskleeh I'd like to help but I'm wondering about docs versioning. I guess it would be helpful to have separate docs for 0.4.x and 1.x versions, maybe just create stub for 1.0 for a start? I saw many libs manage versions through url path like /{versionNumber}/ and /current/ but I don't know how to implement it as I haven't wrote docs

@kortov Note that if you're willing to help out you can start working on this in your fork. I should have the build figured out relatively soon

@kortov I've updated the build so 0.4.x tags will publish to the docs url /0.4 and master tags will publish to the docs url /1.0

btw 0.4.4 is still not released due some errors?

@kortov No it did release. Not sure why the build hung https://bintray.com/schlogen/com.jameskleeh/excel-builder/0.4.4
