Make it possible to customize/theme this widget #21

I moved the HTML code for the widget and the admin panel into files in the views/ directory. The template files are dynamically included and can be overwritten by themes. This makes it possible to customize the look of this widget, when creating a WP theme for a client.

Please review the code and accept the pull request, if you can accept this change.

Thanks very much for taking the time to do this... The code in the github repo is a bit different from what's currently up on WordPress.org, something that I need to get fixed (when I have the time) prior to accepting the pull request. I'm also looking at moving the project to my new profile, jameslafferty. I'll keep you posted as to what's up as I move forward.

Finally getting around to actually refactoring the plugin. Unfortunately, it means this pull request won't get merged.
