Form dissapearing... #7

It seems that once an email address has been submitted successfully the form area disappears - Is there a way of stopping this happening ..?

Jack, I would like an answer to this also. Seems it should have something to with cookies.

It's just a case of changing a few lines of code which has been resolved here...
