remove pep8speaks #194

Every integration in this repo brings some risk...it's another 3rd-party app that has access to my creds and can alter this repo.

I don't think pep8speaks is offering a lot of value, esp. since almost all of the code changes here are just me. pep8speaks biggest selling point is that it comments on PRs automatically to nudge outside contributors along.
