[ci] update instructions and docs around conda-forge package #211

Shortly after releasing to PyPI, conda-forge's automation creates a PR like https://github.com/conda-forge/pydistcheck-feedstock/pull/3 with changes necessary to release that new version on conda-forge.

This PR removes unnecessary docs and scripts from before that automation existed (or maybe just from before I understood how it worked 😅 ).
