Map is not loading #1

I just wanted to let you know that the map here: https://www.wilsoncenter.org/wilsonweekly/cef/china_hydropower/index.html linked from this article: https://www.wilsoncenter.org/publication/interactive-mapping-chinas-dam-rush is not loading. There are mixed active content warnings, which I believe are coming from these http resources: https://github.com/jameslaneconkling/china_hydro/blob/master/index.html#L10-L22

I like your other projects though! Thanks for doing what you do 👍

Hi Luke, thanks so much for opening the issue.

I've updated the code to use https and updated the image asset hosting.

To get this deployed, I'll reach out to the Wilson Center's IT department. Not sure whether or not they'll be responsive on this. Looking back, it probably would have made more sense to self host...

If this is something that would be helpful to you, I could get it deployed myself somewhere else. Of course, the link would still be broken on the article.
