[x] make sane defaults for the few cases where styles are required
- .xgrid path, .ygrid path { display: none }
[ ] make configurable color pallette defined at top-level chart component, passed to children, and able to be overwritten by passing explicit props to children
- give it 1+ sane default themes (light/dark chalk)
- all styles should be overwritable by user css
