Remove progress bar from lib crate #336

Adding a progress hook would be nice, but requires more thought as it changes the public API of the build method for the cli to consume.

Fixes #288

Thanks for the contribution, @RealOrangeOne , but I've already fixed this in a different way in the upcoming 2.0.0 release.
