6.60 Pro not working, Sony released new version of 6.60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download 6.60 from Sony network via Media Go or System Update
2. Try installing 6.60 Pro
3. Black Screen then system reboots

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can someone else confirm this also. I tried it on PSP 1000 n 2000 (2g)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 1000 and 2000 (2g), same problem. Can someone else with time and a 
flashable PSP confirm?

Please provide any additional information below.

When did you download it? I had 6.60 PRO running fine on my psp 3000 last week.

Pro? An hour ago through this site.
6.60? Same time but through Sony network by updating using the PSP.

Unfourtunately u have a PSP 3000 its to risky to fool around. Anyone with a 
flashable PSP, please repeat the process but GET THE UPDATE by System Update on 
the PSP or Media Go and tell me if u get the same

try running chronoswitch downgrader for 6.60, if it fails too this may be true 
(but i don't think)

downgrading is NOT the problem! PRO wont work on 6.60

I had the same issue, try running pro update, to install the CFW then it boots 
as it should, i am not sure why, but this seems to be the new process.
