Slim color #339

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just try to select a new color for the background
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.60 b10fix on psp1000

Please provide any additional information below.
Im having some trouble with slim colors, when I chose one I just get a white 
background see the attach file. All 23 colors give the same result.

What about coping colors file into f0? It's too hard to you?

No, perfectly possible but this is not how slim colors should work, or is it?

It is, you need to manually flash the 13-27.bmp
