[Improvement suggestion] Animated *.gif #352

The PSP can display multiple diffirent image formats - including *.gif BUT for 
some unknown to me reason it DOESENT display animated *.gif files. Instead it 
only displays the first frame.

If you could enable or implement the display of animated *.gif and eventually 
setting an animated *.gif as the PSP's wallpaper.
