Just to let you know that with CIP-L Flasher you must uninstall it first before
you update then reinstall CIP-L after
So try running CIP-L then update then run CIP-L again may fix your problem

Perhaps you should try formating your memory stick

If needed, the operating System is PSP-3000 God of War Limited Edition.
And I'll try formatting the memstick. Thanks for your responses, hope they help.

and randqalan, that was a little bit too undescriptive for me xD
What you're saying is uninstall the programs, put the updated version on, and
run the updater, then the flasher? xD

1. Uninstal the Permanent Bootploader
2. Uninstall CFW
3. Format MS
4. Update/downgrade to 6.20 OFW
5. Install CFW (preferably 6.20 PRO-B10.fix1)
6. Instal Permanent Bootloader Patch (so far available only for 6.20 PRO-B).

Well if you don't want to do what 6 says for perm your psp turned off on any
version of PRO including 6.20 without perm patch you must run FastRecovery
every time your turn off the psp most likely all you have to do is run
FastRecovery and your good to go :)
on any psp that can not do CIP-L Flasher it will give an error and not install
when you run it only 1000 and some 2000 models can use CIP-L Flasher
