[Improvement suggestion] Ad-hoc to Infrastucture TCP/IP #354

I know there already is a solution to play with other players via the internet
using xlink kai and usually the ad-hoc to USB plugin, but using direct TCP/IP
could be more efficient. Let me describe what I mean by compairing both
solutions.

With xLink Kai we need a Wireless Gaming Adapter (or other compatibile wireless
device) or Ad-hoc to USB plugin, a PC on which we have to install: winPcap,
xLink Kai, Bridge, and of course we need internet acess.

If we could redirect the PSP's ad-hoc connection to a Infrastructure with
TCP/IP we wouldnt need anything aside from a wireless internet connection.
Moreover - because the connection would be direct between the users it would
greatly reduce ping and bandwitch since it would no longer require the xlink
kai server between the users.

This is not a ideal solution but it could be an alternative to xLink kai.

This solution would be most useful for people playing high precision games that
require minimal ping - like fighting games. They are mostly not playable on
xLink not because of connection ssues, but because the ping between users and
the xlink server (that is located in a foreign country after all) is simply too
big to play. Instead a ping of 8-20ms between 2 users the ping grows to 60+
which makes some games unplayable.

Hope they do add this

In Ad-Hoc mode PSP scans for *Ad-Hoc* connection. HotSpot/home router works in
*Access Point* mode. So, PSP just gets broken Wi-Fi packet.
Simply, you need a server side that resend ad-hoc packets via internet. It's
like x-link works.

We all know how Ad-hoc, Infrastructure and xlink work.
You DONT need a server between 2 users. Thats only what xlink does to make
"arenas" for users. After all all that xlink does is redirect and transfer
ad-hoc packets over the internet. These packets arent "changed" in any way,
they are redirected.
As far as I know you can redirect those packets as well using Infrastructure
TCP/IP but without any server between.

Moreover - the games just need to exchange data - it doesent matter to the game
if the data will be transmitted using ad-hoc or Infrastructure.
