PROB10 6.60 Frezes when trying to access any settings menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn PSP on
2. Run fastrecovery
3. Try to access any of the settings menus from xmb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to access my settings. I see instead that my psp freezes 
and then shuts down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PRO B10 on kernel 6.60

Please provide any additional information below.
Installation went very smoothly. I updated from PROB8 to 6.60 to PROB10 6.60. I 
followed all the instructions on the wiki to the letter. Help would be much 
appreciated.

1. Did you uninstall PRO-B8 before you updated to 6.60? (you didnt say from 
which ofw did you update to 6.60).
2. Did you disable all your plugins ? Most plugins for cfw lower than 6.60 are 
not compatibile with 6.60.

The plugins did it. I forgot all about them. Thank you very much for the
