You might want to give more info what version of PRO and what model PSP you are

ops, accident press enter.

usually in both games thr would be a intro and the names of companies coming 
out but instead it just show a black screen. u can still press the home button 
to exit though.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using 6.20 pro-b10fix1 and psp 3000 3g

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems the games works when i switch back to pro-b9

There is already a topic about BBS 
http://code.google.com/p/procfw/issues/detail?id=173&q=BBS
Last time I tested BBS it crashed only on SONY NP9660 ISO driver. It worked 
pretty well on Inferno and M-33 drivers tho. You should also disable all your 
plugins - they could colide with the game.
