Add logo to app #5

Replace existing logos in app with our logo.

Created feat/logo branch. Any logo modifications and additions should go there.

The logo looks a little blurry on the phone - is there any way to make it match the native res of the phone? Remember that the assets have to be scaled 2x as mentioned in #3.

Also, the launch image doesn't seem to line up quite right (seems to be a few pixels low).
