Can we please have ROCm 6.0?

I'm sorry, I apologize for missing this message for so long. I can look into adding it, though I am no longer working with ROCm at work and the system that I have for testing may or may not be able to support ROCm 6.0.

I can provide server access if you'd want a test machine

I pushed an untested image called jamesmcclain/onnxruntime-rocm:rocm6.0.2-ubuntu22.04 dockerhub and there is now a branch in this repo for adding ROCm support.

The ONNX runtime image (again, untested) was simple enough, but PyTorch seems to be a somewhat more involved process. I'll try to address PyTorch as time allows, but I am curious to know whether ONNX meets your needs or whether you need PyTorch also? Many thanks :pray:
