UWP - Cortana integration #8

Development of Cortana integration for the UWP client allowing the ability to surface information about the current user, searching for another MVP and adding contributions through the Cortana canvas.

A very basic implementation done which launches the application into add new contribution mode (need to investigate if there is a better way of doing this with conversation in Cortana where speech/text can be provided as a response to a question).
