Add laravel 9 support #80

I don't think there needs to be anything else, since the php requirement is >= 7.4, which includes Laravel 9's minimum requirement of 8

Is there a way we could add Laravel 9 support? This is the last dependency I have before I can make the upgrade. Really looking forward to those new features! Cheers
