MacOS sample project #45

I added a MacOS project to the samples

Changes:

Base project built and DLLs copied to TestDLLs folder for tests
XF updated

I can also add a UWP sample before you merge all if that will be useful ...

Also I focused on the Mac sample project, let me know if I can update the PCL sample to reflect the new features of the plugin ; I mean the new fields Manufacturer, DeviceName ...
