Add Settings.bundle/Root.plist for iOS Settings integration #80

Changes Proposed in this pull request: Added the ability to showcase native iOS support for the settings to be modified in the iOS Settings application.

I looked at creating a wiki on this page to add more information about how this all works, but it looks like wikis are not enabled for this repo. If you want to enable them, I'd be happy to do the initial draft of the page.
