Android apprate prompt to be like iOS propmt #31

Is it possible to have the Android App Rate prompt to be shown in the middle of the screen rather than at the bottom, just as how the iOS prompt is shown.

@SanAlight nope. Unfortunately android doesn’t have that feature yet
