As a CIDMO staff member, I need foundational training in Lean and Agile #31

Notes from Brent on extent of IPS lean expertise: Was the training Six Sigma? Lean and Six Sigma training, but not to statistical analysis level.

Did you ever send the actual training that the staff attended? I’ll see if I can get you the specific link to the content, but it seems the vendor has changed some of their training around.  I couldn’t find it directly from the site, but here is the vendor we used.  Lean and Six Sigma Certification | Pyzdek Institute  I’ll try to get you more specifics.

Everyone had a CI Project as part of the training correct? No, but PI principles have been put in place and reinforced since.  Any new projects require the three slide format and this is used to track and report out on a recurring basis

Did the training cover value stream management? Yes

Did anyone do a value stream map as part of their project? No, IPS only was using the three slide format for intake and tracking

Brandy - review memorandum of training for ART and see if it can be re-used/re-configured for all staff training, starting with lean and agile foundations.
