Upon completion of training, ART Leaders and Stakeholders will have the following knowledge to manage their ART using Program Increment Planning (PIP) and ZenHub Management Systems, and
Organize an ART
• Understand the benefits of Lean-Agile and how it will boost productivity.
• Understand Lean-Agile Development methods, and relate lean-agile terms, and principles.
• Understand ART operations and role of the Release Train Engineer, the Business Owner, the Architect, and the Product Manager.
• Understand conceptually how development value streams support clinical value streams.
• Understand the CIDMO product portfolio organization, product volume and program office customer alignment.
• Understand the mission of Integrated Health Practices and how the 5 parts are represented in the ART.
• Identify needed development value streams that will support IHP development.
• Understand downstream processes and capacities and potential constraints imposed by these capacities.
• Understand how the directorates support the ART.
Identify Needed Agile Team Composition and Set Up an Agile Team
• Based on product portfolio, identify necessary skills needed to support the 5 elements of the Integrated Health Practice (IHP).
• Organize multiple teams around development value streams identified in the ART identification process.
Organize a Program Increment Planning Conference (PIPC)
Operational question - Can we take these user story and break it into parts. It seems really big and critical. Each one of the objectives above is detailed.

What do we need to do involve roles from outside the organization?
