As the training POC, I need to have all identified participant's registered for the Leading SAFe class

Spoke with Elizabeth Griffith today regarding her participation in our upcoming May Leading Agile training. She indicated her interest in attending. Below is a summary of our conversation:

• Elizabeth's team was reorganized, so supervision and team composition is currently in flux. However, templates and reminders will be handled by the same people as before. Her team may also change its name.
• Elizabeth wants to attend training but will need Jason Hawsey to approve. I provided her an email with the training details and costs. Her request for training funds was denied by their deputy director. Elizabeth indicates she will be able to attend, if we can find some source of funds.
• I asked Elizabeth if they use Jira. She indicated they use a homegrown method (sharepoint) to manage their work. However, she said when involved with CPRS patch work, then the project team normally manages with Jira. She is concerned that Jira will add additional complexity and work to a team that is not staffed to manage the tool.
