VA OIT has a JIRA server. They are looking for alignment to an OIT portfolio James will follow up If we get any pushback on the portfolio, leverage Jonathan to ask for a pilot

Conversation Summary with DOTS

Spoke Seung Park and Sarah Adtani and Sarah MacDawutey.
Seung indicated that the Healthcare Portfolio is planning to use Atlassian Align for ART level PI Planning support and reporting. It is currently in Beta.
While we wait for disposition from the Healthcare Portfolio folks, we are going to set up Jira Projects and use Atlassian Advanced Roadmaps until Align is out of Beta.
In order to set up projects, we will need to request these via the Max.gov DOTS request channel.
Collaboration groups will also need to be requested via the Max.gov DOTS request channel, but a bulk request can be submitted.
Collaborators should be in the VA.gov active directory.
Sarah Adtani will send a PDF file that describes these request workflows.

The request for the LCMT Jira Project and collaboration group has been submitted.

@RossSpeir - I need a list of users that will be on the Process Team (Clinical Business Analysis) team so I can submit a request.
