Hi @aimeebenson @brandymorrison @maneyb1 @RossSpeir - I have prepared a draft of the Cultural Transformation Annex.

The strategy is multidisciplinary and identifies all the means at our disposal and how they are aligned with each phase of what is called the Normalization Process Theory. NPT has 4 distinct phases of coherence, cognitive participation, collective action and reflexive monitoring. Each phase has measurables that we can relate to indicate both where we are in the process and how people are responding to the new ways. Communication is one axis of the plan that can be used to present the new ideas (we've already done much of this), reinforce and celebrate success, and prepare the organization for wider implementation.
