Some starting Comments:

- We are supposed to do an AAR with every Sprint.

We need to better coordinate absences.
Need to focus on asynchronous communication a little more.
Better hand off of tasks that may be interrupted by urgencies.
Discussion on how we handle tasks outside the current sprint backlog.

We will need to work these out, as other teams will be facing the same pressures and we need good working anecdotes on how to overcome them.
