Relations can have a size of 0x0 pixels #58

Relations can be reduced to 0x0px size (eg: by dragging one end on the other). 
They are still in the diagram, but cannot be selected anymore.

Possible Solutions:
1.) It is not possible to drag one end on the other (if it's a relation with a 
straight line)
2.) If a Relation becomes 0x0px size, it is deleted automatically

If all points of a relation are on the same position, the relation gets deleted
(to avoid 0x0 sized relations which cannot be seen but are still in the diagram)
