New feature: Layers. #78

Hi,

Would be nice to have either new element type layers to put other elements on, 
or to have a new optional attribute within each element called layer or 
similiar.

Putting elements on layers would help in complexer state diagrams to 
differentiate between substate and the state containing those substates.

We will probably not support layers, in order to keep the drawing logic as 
simple as possible.
