Hi James, This is done for Mocsy ! I pulled into Mocsy selected GSW files, after having removed NetCDF requirement from them. I tested it. It seems to work.

Hi James, I fixed the USE_PRECISION=1 problem. And pushed the fix over my TEOS-10 version. So, I suppose that I do not need to make a new pull request. When you will merge with my version, I hope you will have both changes (TEOS-10 and this fix).
