Coordinators: The coordinators should be CREATE class rooms, with:

Room Number
English Level
Assigning Students
Assigning Teachers

Teachers: The teachers should be VIEW they assigned class rooms, to know who is the students and where should be to teach the classes.

Entity:

Class Rooms:
- Morning / afternoon
- Number
- Level
- Many Students
- Many Teachers

@AntLouiz I update for see classrooms for each type, look this commit fceaafd3e21e2564f3dcae767976362ad1b62d87, need for coordinators CREATE de classroom and add Morning / afternoon in models
