Update the Postman file #56

Postman was used frequently in the early stages of the project, but fell out of use partially because it became out of date.

It would be great to add all of the endpoints to the Postman file in the repo.

Won't fix; the Postman method for exploring the API is not supported because keeping the file up to date is tedious.
